MEMBERSHIP CODE OF CONDUCT

Our members are the heart and soul of our community. To meet the collective goals of our community, it’s important that all members feel safe and supported.

To help everyone have the best possible experience, please read our Mission, and follow our community guidelines.

WELCOME TO THE CONNECT COMMUNITY

OUR VISION. A society where everyone, regardless of background, has equal opportunity to achieve long-term professional and personal success.

OUR MISSION. Connect is committed to improving the representation of both Women and Ethnic minority groups within the UK’s most competitive industries and elite firms. Our platform is tailored to the needs of groups who may be facing additional barriers to their career success. In collaboration with industry experts, we promote lifelong learning through an interactive blend of CPD resources, mentoring, events, and a culture of giving back. We identify that barriers to the workplace are not always one-dimensional, and so welcome an intersectional community; where those facing barriers to their professional growth, are always welcome.

OUR GOALS:

  1. Learn: breakdown barriers to professional and personal development.

  2. Career: unlock opportunities to the latest jobs within elite industries.

  3. Network: develop meaningful professional relationships.

  4. Wellbeing: support you in navigating times of stress at work.
